1) COFFEE CHOICES: You must choose from coffees listed BELOW on this webpage as they are labeled for WMS DC Trip so that Java Jive knows that the order is for a DC trip family to deliver and so that the donation is paid out to the correct organization as other organizations have simultaneous sales. Should you navigate off the WMS DC Trip page, go to SHOP on the menu bar and choose WMS DC Trip in the drop down & you will arrive back to this page or copy this link now to paste back onto the URL line if needed: www.javajiveroasters.com/wms-dctrip. 2) TAGGING A FAMILY IN YOUR ORDER: For each coffee choice you make, please always choose the SAME FAMILY if you make more than one coffee selection to avoid confusion for delivery. 

 

3) PAYMENT: All online coffee orders are prepaid with a card or via PayPal. Cash or check orders can be done in person with a family using the paper form they've received before the end of the sale. 

 

4) THREE DELIVERY OPTIONS: All online orders must be prepaid. Do not use the manual payment option online. 

 

a. FREE PICK-UP IN STORE: Pick up at our Coffee House & Roastery at 120 W Union St, Waupaca, WI, in 2-3 business days from order date. Please wait until you receive your pick-up ready email confirmation before attempting pick-up. If you don’t receive a pick-up ready email after 3 days, please email the roastery at info@javajiveroasters.com to inquire about the status of your order. In-store pick up supporters receive 10% off their in-store beverage purchase at pick up. 

b. FREE DELIVERY: If you live within the 30 mile radius from Waupaca, you will be given a free delivery option. Free deliveries are made by the families between the following dates: FREE LOCAL DELIVERY DATES 2/12-2/18/24. 

c. SHIPPING: All paid shipping orders will be shipped by Java Jive within 2-3 business days via USPS. Java Jive ships to all US addresses, continental and non-continental.
